A couple of weeks back I was in Gran Canaria on a retraite I booked on the spur of the moment. I didn't know any of the other 11 participant, I hardly knew the trainer.
A week after I was sad to leave my 11 new friends after a serendipitous and inspiring adventure of personal development that didn't finish there. Many things are growing from the seeds we planted there. Special for all of you I asked my new friend Calogera to come and facilitate an experiencial day of Family Constellation here in The Netherlands. I know this work and use it for my development for over 10 years, last year I learned how to use it for in individual session (you may have experienced it with me using the playmobile or little dolls), after the summer I am continuing my training to be able to also facilitate groups, but that will be possible next summer at the earliest. |

My story
I define myself as a person who loves the depths of being. Since I was a child I was very silent and observed the world around me. I spent hours alone in the trees listening to their voices and singing songs for them. I had a childhood with many painful trials that allowed me to open up to the joy and curiosity in life. I have dedicated myself for years to the care of my four children, exploring various paths that could help me heal my wounds as a child, each of them has been a teacher for me. I gave them all the love and passion for life that I felt inside me. So I got closer and closer to alternative therapies, initially to Reiki which allowed me to be at the service of many people, not just my children. Then I started studying Family Constellations fifteen years ago, a method that has transformed my life, like a drop that slowly scratches the rock, to create the space for its new path I have trusted and entrusted this method of Bert Hellinger and I have met various teachers over the years and I have received so many gifts from them that I now make available to groups that I have the joy of leading. Every day of Constellations is a discovery, I entrust myself to the family field and it sometimes guides me towards a family or shamanic constellation. It is shamanic, because in recent years I have had the honor of receiving the wisdom of shamanic practice in Mexico and the two paths have come together in a single river that flows and cleanses what it encounters. I am grateful to bring these gifts to you as well as joy and lightness of heart. Each constellation is a gift for the whole group and I am honored to lead you together with Lara, precious travel companion, in this path.
