I am happy to share three things that are easy to apply and can certainly support your healing process a great deal. I also feel the need to start with a disclaimer as the personal development work can go extremely fast or can take longer. This has mainly to do with really delicate balances that need adjustment and healing inside each of us and that is often not that easy to assess upfront, not even by the most experienced professional. I have seen so often people heal much faster than I thought possible and others show sign of deep wound also after a lot of good healing work. We are not all the same and feeling safe starts with appreciating who we are, the way we are and whatever this may mean.
This said, I know three ways that can help you face your fear, open your heart and heal feeling emotionally unsafe.

Fear is the way our organism protect us from imminent peril. Fear is healthy. Fear is a response to threat, to protect us, to warn us. Why, then, are we afraid of speaking up when there is no threat? Why are we afraid to do what we like, to make ourself visible, without any danger in sight? Why are we afraid to follow our intuition? These questions are just to stimulate an healthy reflection that hopefully will take you out of your fight, flight or freeze response for a moment. |
