The rythm of your breathing slows down Your muscles relax and your posture become more natural There is space for yourself
The video here below is an invitation to take 2 minutes to spend quality time with yourself. Under the video there are a number of suggestion on how you can use the video to meditate, choose every time the one you prefer.
EXPERIMENTS YOU CAN TRY WHILE WATCHING THE VIDEO
1- You can look the video focusing on the images, noticing the colours, the light and following the movement of the waves. Just like your gaze relax to enjoy fully the view;
2- Close your eyes and follow the sound of the water moved by the waves. Bring all your attention at the sound you hear and notice the effect that it has on you, how it resonate in your body.
3- Either with open or closed eyes bring you attention to your breathing and observe how it tries to armonize with the movement of the waves. Observe how that feels in your body and follow that sensation towards relaxation.
4- Listen to the sound of the sea and use the relaxing sound to bring your attention inside. Notice where in your body goes your attention and stay there a moment: the sound of the waves works as a massage to the part of your body.
