Healing my pain has made me passionate about what moves people, their natural desire to develop, heal and grow.
The Dalai Lama says
‘The world will be saved by the Western Woman’
I believe that's very true, women have indeed so much talent, unfortunately far too often that still goes unnoticed!
Feeling insecure, having low self-confidence play a big part in this. I had this myself and I see this in many other people, especially women.
What I needed to learn to feel more confident and get access to my talents was how to solve conflicts. How to find myself and stay connected to myself even when the circumstances were challenging and being able to speak my truth even in de midst of discomfort. To take steps towards being able to do this, it means healing the pain that we feel deep inside.
In my practice I see intelligent, highly prepared, talented and committed women, that struggle with conflict management, they can get caught in self-doubt and feeling overwhelmed by emotions in front of conflict.
The courage to show up in your vulnerability to find and heal the pain triggered by the conflict is all you need. The result is strength, self-confidence, and an authentic communication style.
