The next session is scheduled and so your healing journey continues. One step at a time, at your own pace, and always in the direction of healing, clarity, and growth.
To make the most of our time together, it can be helpful to pause and reflect a little beforehand. Even a few quiet moments of self-inquiry can deepen the process and support you in showing up with greater presence and intention. Here are a few simple questions that might guide you as you prepare: How am I feeling right now? Gently check in with your emotional and physical state. What’s present in you—under the surface? What has shifted since our last session? Has anything become clearer, more challenging, or more important to you recently? Is there something I’d like to bring into the session? This might be a thought, a question, a feeling, or an experience that you’d like us to explore together. What feels most important to focus on right now? Consider what area or theme you’d most like us to give space to, and why that matters to you at this moment. If there's anything else you'd like me to know before we meet—something practical, emotional, or simply a note to share—feel free to write it down and bring it with you, or send it ahead of time. Taking a moment to reflect in this way not only deepens your awareness and tracks your progress, but it also helps us stay aligned with what truly matters for you.
