Why is important to have self-confidence and how to do it |

I have been on my own path of personal and spiritual development for more than 30 years.
I managed and coached people in company settings before becoming a therapist. I went back to study at 36 and then again at 44 to learn what I felt was important to be a solid therapist and coach. Now here I am, ready to ask you those important questions that change the way you look at your situation and give you access to a wealth of creative solutions that you already have inside of you, but kind of forgot where exactly.
