How would you react if your neighbor would start drilling the wall at 7:30 am?
You can look at the different areas of your life and reflect on how you feel and what you would like, what you need and what your next step is.
You may find out everything is exactly as you wish and take great pride and comfort. Well done!
You may notice trends in how you go about learning in different aspects of your life: maybe you always relay on books, maybe you have few teachers you follow on your tube, maybe you tend to look for different resources every time.
You may realize that some areas find you extremely satisfied with regards to how you are developing, growing and learning and other areas ... you never thought about developing yourself there. In this case, you found something to reflect about: do you feel like you need to change something about that?
The questions you may ask yourself to navigate and explore your experience with regards to learning, development, and growth are:
1- On a scale from 1 (extremely unsatisfied) to 10 (completely satisfied), how would you rate your satisfaction with your learning, development, and growth experience?
2- Which aspects of your experience come to mind when you answer question n. 1?
3- What do you feel you need going forward?
You can repeat this short and easy process of asking yourself these 3 questions for all the aspects of your life:
Your work situation and career
You financial situation
Your romantic relationship
Your relationship with your family
Your desire, pleasure, and fun
What is all boils down to is to identify what you need.
There may be something you need and that that you may have underestimated until now.
