Meditation has countless advantages for our health: physical health, emotional health, and psychic health.
Who doesn't need some of all of the above raise your hands?
Meditation has made a huge impact in my life in the last 8 years and I feel honored to be able to share with you how you can start meditating, or how you can add to your current practice new ways to come in deep contact with yourself.
Today I want to share how listening to music as you sit in silence is a wonderful form of meditation.
- It doesn't require experience;
- Music can help to keep the attention on yourself and what happens inside of you as you listen: if you pay attention to the music you lose yourself less easily in your thoughts;
The music massages your energy and helps to relax as you sink deeper in yourself;
I would say to you: try and discover how it is for you.
You can sit in a comfortable position, your back is straight and relaxed at the same time, your eyes are closed, your knees make a 90 degrees angle (use if necessary something under your feet). Your chin is slightly forward towards your chest, just enough to stretch your spine near your skull.
Then just put on some music.
I made a page on my website with different youtube videos of music I use to meditate. This is meant as a starters kit for you to develop and expand according to your liking.
