It is all about your life, Your Life! - Episode 1

The reason this is all so important, and believe me it is, is mainly because you are important. I will explain you later in more details what I mean, for now I will start by giving you something to reflect on.

Whatever you believe is the force behind the creation of everything, from galaxies to human beings, why do you believe that force wanted you to be born and live to do all that you have already been doing?

Stay on that for a while. Don’t try to find an answer as some questions, the best questions, are meant to activate you, to take you somewhere new and expansive inside of yourself. Let this question take you to that new and expansive place and notice what happens.
(You may also want to write down the reflections that will come up for you as they may be quite insightful)

If your thinking, in reaction to my question,  is taking you to a completely different place in your mind and your thoughts sound more like: ‘there is no higher force, there is no God, there is no energy or higher spiritual power giving meaning to life. What you see and what you do is all there is to it.’ I was saying, if your mind is telling you a version of this message I have some questions to engage your mind with: Why are we here then? Why are we born? Why do we go to school until we are minimum 16 years old and then we work until we are middle age? What is the point of life? Why we do what we do and we say what we say?

If you are completely honest with yourself, you will find that the idea of an higher purpose, a meaning to life, a universal force being behind life, is the only way life make sense. And if you had to choose between a life that make sense and a life that is just what you see and what you do, what would you choose? And why?

Quite some questions I am asking, am I not?

If you follow my suggestion to stay with this questions without expecting an answer straight away, but instead, welcoming the deep reflections these questions can trigger, then I may finish writing here and let you go on with it.

I will just say that this is a theme dear to me. This is a theme that can change the perspective on life in a way that you life become a really important business and on top of that life become your own business. This is what I mean by it is all about life, your life!
