I read in a book a really simple definition of meditation:
'meditation is simply bringing attention'.
The breathing exercises that I share here help you do exactly that, bring attention. Breathing, in its simplicity, offer the possibility to bring attention in many different ways to many different things. 
In the video, that I share in this post, there are 3 exercises to deepen the use of breathing in meditation.
