Tips to Meditate #4: Breathing 3: With all Your Body

You cannot meditate if you don't have a body, I would say that you meditate often right to get back in contact with your body and all the sensations and emotions that are active in your body.

The breathing exercises that I share here are aimed at cleansing. 
The movement of energy that breathing brings along is promoting cleansing. 

Cleansing, in this case, means especially purification of your energy, relaxation, letting go of all sorts of things that don't serve you anymore.​
